You want to lose weight, but you have not been successful in the past. You are lacking the motivation to keep the weight loss program going. Maybe it is because you don’t see the results you are looking for. Weight loss is a process that does not happen in one week like some programs claim. They may offer fast results, but those results usually don’t last long. There are three things you can do to get the results to stay motivated to the end. Make sure you are eating a diet that is low in fat and calories. In addition to a good diet you should drink a lot of water. Specifically, to keep you motivated to go to keep exercising, get a workout buddy or create a motivating workout soundtrack.
A good diet consists of eating foods that are low in fats, calories, carbohydrates, sodium, and sugar. These are things that can destroy your diet. Good diets will have the essential vitamins and minerals you need. You also want to think about portion control. Over eating is one of the causes of not losing weight. In addition to portion control, you should eat more fiber and protein. A good way to increase protein is taking a whey protein supplement. Whey protein supplements provide protein that your body uses to create lean muscles. Lean muscle continues to burn calories even after you are done exercising. The best whey protein to take is an isolate mixture, which is 90% pure protein and has fewer fats and carbohydrates than other protein sources. Drinking more water is essential to losing weight. Studies have shown that if a person wants to lose weight, they need to drink more than a gallon of water a day. Contrary to popular belief drinking this much water will not make you retain water and gain water weight. Drinking water flushes out the toxins in your body. It also flushes out the fat cells that your body is burning when you exercise. Drinking water also helps your skin stay hydrated and youthful. When you don’t drink enough water, you body goes into a “starvation” mode and will keep and store any water you drink to keep your body functioning properly.
Another great way to stay motivated is to find someone to be a workout buddy. A workout buddy is someone who will go to the gym with you or who will exercise with you. They can be someone to call you in the morning to get you out of bed to go running. Classes offered at the gym are another way to have “workout buddies.” The people who are there all have a common goal: to get fit. They are free to members. There are a wide variety of classes offered: yoga, Pilates, cardio, stretching, weight training, cycling, and many others. If you can’t find a workout buddy creating a stimulating soundtrack is a good alternative. When creating a playlist start with songs that are slower so you can get warmed up. Then increase the tempo of the music to give you a good cardio or training section. It is also important to end with songs with a slower tempo so you can cool down.
Eating a proper diet with added protein, drinking water, and getting a workout buddy is a good way to stay motivated to get the results you want while losing weight.

In need of weight loss motivation and more, can anyone help?
I need to loose 3 more pounds and I have 3 more weeks. I love sweets and I am trying my best to eat healthy (it’s worked so far) the only problem is I hate working out and I can’t bring myself to say no to the treats that are in front of me. If you have any way of helping me out , maybe some tips for motivating myself or some easy ways to drop the next few pounds that would be great! (I know there really is no easy way to do it though.) Thank you!
Honestly if your not going to work out and your going to just eat sweets your not going to lose 3lbs get off your ass walk around the block or walk your dog and stop eating the sweets just imagine the next one you bite into has maggots inside it.
