please tell me what you think and how to tell my parent

I am not a doctor, but it does sound like you are depressed. Take the list of symptoms you’ve been looking at to your mom and point out the ones you’ve been having.

Especially be sure to tell her you’ve been having thoughts of death or suicide–I know this can be hard for any parent to hear, but tell her you’ve been having these thoughts and you know you need help. Depression is a VERY serious illness, and it can be life-threatening if you don’t get some help fast!
