Motivate Your Employees by Managing to Their Level</strong><br />Learn your employees&rsquo; skill, experience, and motivation levels for performing workplace tasks.&nbsp; Then assign the task and follow-up based on your findings.&nbsp; For example, you may need to follow up more frequently with an employee who is fairly new to the project or organization as opposed to the &ldquo;veteran&rdquo; employee who doesn&rsquo;t need much follow-up.&nbsp; Remember, the most skilled employee may not be the most motivated for performing the task you request.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>

Motivate Your Employees by Delegating Tasks</strong><br />Delegation is one of the most powerful motivation tools for empowering employees in the workplace.&nbsp; The sheer act of your delegating a task shows your employees that you have the confidence in them that they can do the job.&nbsp; Make sure you understand the task to be delegated so that you can clearly and concisely communicate how to do the task and hand off &ldquo;ownership&rdquo; of the task to the employees.&nbsp; Delegation is providing your employees with ownership of the task, providing the tools for successfully completing the task, expressing the reward and consequences for completing the task and following up accordingly.</p>

Motivate Your Employees by Encouraging Ideas</strong><br />Ideas are the lifeblood of any organization, department, and team.&nbsp; I always say that every mind is too important to miss that one idea that can increase productivity, reduce expenses, or increase profit.&nbsp; Empower your employees by creating a safe environment for your employees to share their ideas.&nbsp; Remember, the idea that doesn&rsquo;t make sense today might be exactly the solution you are looking for a week from now.</p>
<p>Always give your employees credit for the ideas they express.&nbsp; Nothing will decrease employee motivation and dry up the flow of ideas quicker than having managers take credit for their employees&rsquo; ideas.&nbsp; If your employees are coming up with ideas, reward them publicly.&nbsp; You will be amazed how the flow of ideas from motivated employees will increase with each public recognition.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>6. Motivate Your Employees by Letting Them Run Your Meetings</strong><br />One of the best ways to motivate and empower your employees is to involve them in running your meetings.&nbsp; Of course, you will set the agenda; but there are many opportunities for you as a leader to let your employees run portions of or the entire meeting.&nbsp; Take the time to work with the designated employees ahead of time so that they are confident with the assigned meeting tasks. During the meeting, you are there to support them and help with any sections of the meeting that may provide a challenge for them. </p>
<p>I suggest that you allow as many opportunities for different employees to lead different meetings as possible.&nbsp; By allowing your employees to play leadership roles in your meeting, you will develop your employees for future opportunities and open additional opportunities for you as a leader.</p>
<p><strong>7. Motivate Your Employees by Embracing Mistakes</strong><br />Without mistakes, there is no growth.&nbsp; Allowing your employees to make mistakes allows your employees to grow, be creative, and provide a vehicle for empowerment.&nbsp; Create a safe work environment so that when your employees make mistakes, they are not punished.&nbsp; Use the mistakes your employees make as learning experiences.&nbsp; Ask your employees how they would have performed the task differently and allow them to tackle the task again.&nbsp; Your employees will gain a new sense of empowerment and feel confident that you will support them when they try something new.</p>
<p><strong>8. Motivate Your Employees by Assigning Leadership Roles</strong><br />Leadership comes at all levels and doesn&rsquo;t require a title.&nbsp; Take the time to align your employees&rsquo; skills with leadership opportunities.&nbsp; Make sure you provide training in the areas of opportunities for each employee so that they are empowered to step up to new opportunities. </p>
<p><strong>9. Motivate Your Employees by Rewarding Initiative</strong><br />Create rewards for employees who take initiative.&nbsp; Publicly recognize employees during meetings, with reward boards, etc., so that other employees are motivated to take initiative.</p>

<h2>The Cash Tracking System Does It Really Work</h2>
<p>The Cash Tracking System what is it? When doing research on this program the answer came clear to mind that it is another cash gifting program. CTS has been around for some time now, and seems to have a decent amount of people involved in the program. But the big question is how many of those individuals are really receiving cash gifts in the program?</p>
<p>CTS or the cash tracking system is a 1 up gifting system and the way that the program works is you can join by invitation only and be at least 18 years of age and you have the choice of gifting at one of the 3 levels available which is $500, $1,500, or $3,500. When going to the website and watching some of the videos they are really pushing people to join at the $3,500 level.</p>
<p>That is all fine and dandy, but when doing our research we found out that once you join you will gift at the level you want to come in at and then you have to pass up your first gift when you get someone to join you which results in you getting qualified in the program. The gift goes to your inviter and then you are now qualified to start receiving gifts. Honestly that kinda sucks cause you are loosing money.</p>
<p>The second thing we noticed on the website of the cash tracking system is they claim to have the whole system on autopilot and that it is easy to get people to join you. We looked around for a picture of the person who owned the site and did not have one and also their were no videos of that individual either. Seems to us CTS does not have an option for it&#8217;s members to brand themselves in anyway. Or allow it&#8217;s members to really reach out and build relationships with their visitors coming to the site. This is not a good sign.</p>
<p>To make the program work you will need to go out and do internet marketing to create a web presence so traffic can come to your site. This was not touched on much and the cash tracking system claims they have stuff for you to plug into. That is not enough information needed when people need to know what to do to make the program work for them.</p>
<p>Also in a 1 up program like this one most inviters are not willing or motivated to providing you with the correct marketing training or support and doesn&#8217;t even care to help you in anyway since you are really the competition to them. Remember it is a 1 up not a residual based program like the peoples program.</p>

<p>So I&#8217;ve been pretty depressed for the last several months. I went to the university health center, and the psychologist was a complete joke. They totally rejected my desire to be referred to a CBT therapist, and instead threw Prozac at me, which was what I specifically told them I didn&#8217;t want until it was a last resort. I went from being a 4.0 student a year ago with perfect attendance, to failing a class last semester, and on track to get about a 2.5 gpa when I know I can do better with these classes. The difference was depression which started about a month into this school year.

<h2>How to Help Your Teen Overcome Self Image Issues</h2>
<p>Your self-image is your mental picture of who you are and who you are not, what you can and can&#8217;t do, what you should and shouldn&#8217;t do, how you should and shouldn&#8217;t behave, how you should and shouldn&#8217;t dress, etc. We all have a self-image and if we are not aware of how we think about or see ourselves it can hold us back from being as happy or productive as we would like to be.</p>
<p>Youth particularly start noticing their self-image in early adolescence and it becomes very important to them. Developing their self-image is often based on external influences including, friends, fashion, trends, etc. They use these outer points of reference to discern how they should look, feel, and act, and the attitude with which they should approach life. Because teens just want to fit in they will often feel self-conscious about who they are if<br />they perceive their real self is deviating from the norm.</p>
<p>It is important to encourage teens and young adults, to &lsquo;be yourself&#8217; and to feel comfortable with the self. Everyone, including teens, are often under the impression that there is one correct way being. This correct way of being is a reason why nobody feels they fit in and a reason everybody feels bad about themselves. To help our teens out of this trap, we need to teach them to celebrate their individuality and to be proud of who they are.</p>
<p>Here are some tips to help your child overcome self-image issues.</p>
<ol>
<li>
<strong>Appreciate who you are:</strong> We are all different with unique talents and gifts. It can do our self-image wonders if we just accept ourselves as we are. Parents can model to their children to appreciate and accept themselves so that children see an example of self-appreciation. It&#8217;s a &lsquo;lead by example&#8217; point. &#8220;Do as I say, not as I do&#8221; rarely works.</li>
<li>
<strong>What are your strengths:</strong> Focus on strengths. We all have weaknesses but life is not<br />about identifying with those. By focusing on and using strengths in daily activities, teens will use these experiences as a measure of who they are.</li>
<li>
<strong>Value system:</strong> A value system is a behavioural guide. Being cognizant of this system helps teens make better choices. Discuss with your teen your family value system and ask him/her which personal values s/he has that can be added to the list. This gives your teen a sense of connectedness as well as a sense of individuality. Both are necessary for a positive self-image. Note. Don&#8217;t pick this personal value for your teen and praise the one s/he picks. </li>
<li>
<strong>Dealing with failure:</strong> There really is no such thing as failure unless one gives up. One who does not give up is considered a committed and determined person. Teach your teen to see temporary setbacks as learning experiences but not something to be identified with. Teach him/her to choose to stick to it until it is&nbsp;accomplished. We are not what we do, we are how we choose to be.</li>

<strong>Be the person that makes you happy.</strong> Promote to your teen to be the person that makes him naturally happy and free. When we try to be the person others want us to be we are often afraid of being exposed as a fraud. Feeling like a fraud and believing oneself to be a fraud will not nurture a healthy self-image.</p>

But the way to loose weight is simple.<br />
Eat half of your normal quantity of food.<br />
Take daily runs around a park.<br />
Do not eat chocolate at all.<br />
Avoid fast food and greasy food.<br />
Eat mostly sandwiches that contain<br />
vegetables. </p>
<p>These are simple ways you can loose weight.<br />
Mostly run, jog, do jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups.<br />
But don&#8217;t over exert your self.</p>

<p>If you&#8217;re looking for a fast weight-loss program, consider running. Running is one of the best ways to get and stay fit. It&#8217;s also great for boosting your energy, supporting a positive mindset and helping you feel clear and in control. And perhaps best of all, running costs next to nothing.</p>
<p>The Benefits of Running</p>
<p>Many people think running is just for elite athletes. This is not true &#8211; anyone can run. The key is to start off slowly. Even if you never hit a ten-minute mile or less, running provides benefits. There are no rules. You can be a fitness jogger or an elite marathon runner.</p>

<p><b>I am running my first half-marathon, any suggestions?</b><br />

<p>It is in one week.  I have been running consistantly for only about 9 months.  I run about 8 miles 3 times a week.  I have never run further than 8 miles, so I am concerned, but I am still going for it.  When I run, my body still feels like it can go more, but my mind is the problem,  I need motivation.  Also what should I eat the day prior to and day of run?  Oh I am also scared that I will have to use the bathroom during the run and there will be no porta potties.  I don&#8217;t want to eat or drink too much so that this would be a problem, but i don&#8217;t want to eat too little.  I heard some take immodium.  Anyway any thoughts, suggestions, encouragement, would really be appreciated.
