How can I get my motivation back?

In early January I was told that, for medical reasons, that I cold not join the USMC. Well that’s all fine and dandy most people would just move on, but that kind of was my reason to better my self. I’m not going to go into that story. The point is, I am slowly getting weaker, I am tired more often, I have gained weight, and I can’t stand it. I am capable of doing what ever it takes to get into perfect shape, I just can’t really find the motivation. HELP, I’m begging, you please!

Get out of your negative mindset about yourself. Take it easy. Do not curse yourself. Do not try hard. For a day, take a decision NOT to exercise. Just do not bother. Use this time to do real introspection about your life goals and how you are going about it. Then next day, just get up and start exercising – without the help of any motivation, justification or of any positive framework. Just do it. Then, and then only start the dose of Positive Motivation. This is the only way it will work.
