Young Jeezy is hardly breaking new ground in rapping endlessly about the similarities between the trap game and the rap game. He joins a distinguished line of former ‘caine slangers turned MC–Scarface, Jay-Z, the Clipse, Biggie, etc. However, despite the familiarity of Jeezy’s topics, this Atlanta rapper has managed to make a bi-coastal splash through the strength of his mic presence and charisma…

You Light Up My Life: Inspirational Songs

$1.55

This 1997 album debuted at the top of the pop, country, and Christian album charts. Sadly, it underscored the artistic vacuum surrounding Rimes in the wake of her explosive 1996 hit single “Blue.” At a time when female country singers were being lauded for their growing depth and sophistication, this collection of “inspirational songs” seemed anachronistic and downright corny. The concept was more…

Music for Productivity incorporates proven psychoacoustic techniques to revitalize and renew. Using a great variety of tempos to stimulate the nervous system, the process of sonic isometrics is widely employed. Simple/complex melodic arrangements alternate while changing rhythmic pulses subtly produce a tension/release cycle. These ear-robics are designed for a cerebral work-out. This music is liv…

Jack Corcoran (Bill Murray) is a mildly successful motivational speaker on the lower end of the trade-show circuit. At his engagement party, he finds out his long-believed-dead dad has only recently died, leaving him a large inheritance. Of course, Jack doesn’t know how large until he meets a suspicious lawyer (Harve Presnel) who unloads Dad’s prized possession: a four-ton circus elephant named Ve…

Motivation Starters

To make motivation work you need to get motivated. In order to do this there has to be an incentive to spur you on, and these are called motivation starters. The whole key to being able to master motivation and make it consistent is to start small. The cliché that “Rome wasn’t built in a day” is very true and the same goes for motivators. The majority of successful people in the world today are as such, because they are self motivators. You can bet though they had a lot of gung hoe motivation failures before they finally got the knack of it.

So what are motivation starters? They are a desire for something. Of course we all want financial freedom, the big houses with the in ground pools in the backyard and to be able to travel wherever we like. Nothing wrong with this, but first lets start with getting the bills paid, and having the some money left over in our pockets the day after pay day.

Start with the motivation starters in the here and now. The few bucks left over after pay day might be a good one. If you are like most people when payday comes around you pay out all the bills, then you have a certain amount of dollars to live on for the rest of the week. You spread this out and it gets pretty thin towards the end of the week. As soon as the bills are paid out, take out a $5. and tuck it away. The rest is what you live on for the week. The motivation starter here is to motivate yourself to having this $5. tucked away when next pay day rolls along. Now motivate yourself to tuck away $6. bucks the next week. Keep doing this until you have reached the limit of what you can possibly tuck away.

You are soon going to find that this becomes a challenge and you will be amazed at the fact that you did without that $5. then $6 and so on until you have reached your max. In fact you will most likely find that you have pushed yourself up to putting away a substantial sum each week without even realizing you could do this. Your motivation starter has just motivated you into saving money that you didn’t know you could do.

You can use this little exercise in other areas of your life as well. It’s a matter now of becoming innovative with your motivator starters.

Motivational/Inspirational weight loss CD?

I want to buy a Motivational/Inspirational weight loss CD.

I find that every day I wake up in the morning and say “I’m going to stay on track today” and then I end up eating junk food, or skipping my exercise routine.
I’m 60lbs overweight and only 21 years old. Its unhealthy and I’ve got to find something that works.

I’m thinking that maybe if I listen to a Motivational Cd in my car (on the way to work, on the way home from work) It’ll help me stay on track.

Any title suggestions? Where would I buy something like this?

Why don’t you record it yourself? I mean, you know exactly what motivates you. Make a list of it, elaborate and put in vivid words for you to envision success then tape it.

You can join a weight loss forum to speak to people who’s just like you, and form a buddy system to motivate each other.

By the way, I have compiled some disgusting videos called “The Real Reason You’re Fat” that you have to watch for yourself. Check them out at http://www.WellnessLiving.org

All the best,
