I’m so tired even with enough sleep and exercise, why?
I am so tired all the day, I am 20 y/o. I used to work out everyday for an hour, but lately I can barely make it for more than 30 mins, I am falling asleep in the middle of my work-out as if I was anesthetized. I need to drink 3+ cups coffee just to keep me awake. I need 10-hour sleep now, I have no motivation……tired tired tired!
My diet is normal, I didn’t eat less than usual, I didn’t lose/gain too much weight. I’m not pregnant. I can’t see anything wrong in my daily activities. I don’t know why.
Or any good method to boost up my energy??? I’m taking vitamins. obviously it doesn’t help too much ![]()

When you see your doctor, ask for a Complete Blood Count. You may have an infection.
Also, ask for an iron level, because you may be anemic.
