How do i get higher self esteem? Please help!?!?!?!?

I already write in a journal, take hot baths, and listen to music. My stress is SO bad that i lose my appetite and don’t eat anything other than a snack for the whole day. My self esteem is getting in the way of my relationship. And i’m only 13!!! Please help!

I’m glad you are deciding early on to seek improvement. This shows great maturity for your age, and I hope you give yourself credit for taking responsibility. Good for you!

1. If you or your family has a history of anxiety, it can be diet related. I know someone whose anxiety condition was caused by abnormal blood sugar levels, and got medical help to fix the imbalance. Her uncle had diabetes, and another relative had anxiety, and it turns out this ran in the family. So she got help in advance, to prevent from getting the same problems they did.

2. If it is spiritual, in your thoughts or emotions, can you look into the patterns of your relationship with your father or family? It is common for issues of “control” or “desire for approval” to be linked to fears or conflicts passed down from parents as authority-figures. So if you communicate, confront any fears, and reach an understanding, you can overcome any past patterns that may cause repeat insecurity, fear or stress. You will feel empowered by taking steps yourself. (If there were any past issues that made you feel weaker or inferior, if you can “forgive” these causes, and agree in the future not to let this affect you as much, and remember you are a “hero” and not a victim of the past, this method helps many people to move forward with courage and confidence.)

3. Please note that if you feel this is affecting your relationship, your partner may ALSO have patterns with a parent that is repeating like “role-playing.” How you see your parents’ relationships can affect how you treat each other, whether there is an imbalance of control or stress, or you have equal respect and harmony. So this is a good opportunity to study and learn to develop your best strengths, and resolve any weaknesses or conflicts early on, so you can enjoy life and relationships more fully.

Take care, and be sure to track your ideas and progress in your journal. So you can focus on the positive steps you are taking and build from there!

Best wishes
Yours truly,
Emily

P.S. Since you seem so advanced for your age, may I recommend a book that is normally given to high school graduates. “What Color is your Parachute” by Dr. Richard Bolles. The manual is FILLED with fun exercises and charts to evaluate your best interests, skills and talents, and show what jobs use them. So you can start thinking ahead what kind of work or career you would most like to look into. Some kids start a business while they are still in high school. If you can direct your energy and focus on something you enjoy doing well with your natural talents, that may help your esteem at the same time. There is also a manual “You Can Do It” by Lauren Catuzzi Grandcolas full of project and career ideas for young women, step by step. Again, another great resource for researching and visualizing different skills or goals you might like to try out! Go for it!

Tip No 1: When selecting a topic of your graduate or undergraduate research paper; you should ensure that you choose the topic of your interest. Choosing a topic of interest will keep you motivated throughout your research paper writing assignment.

Tip No 2: Perform initial research in the beginning of your writing assignment to find out whether original data regarding the subject exists or not. You should make a mini proposal and consult with the supervisor to guide you how you should go along with your graduate research paper writing assignment.

Tip No 3: Select a research question for your research writing paper assignment by carefully analyzing significant areas for study regarding the subject of your interest. Try to come up with a research question that fulfills the criterion of suitability and acceptability.

Tip No 7: Conduct the primary research to gather original data regarding the subject of your interest. For e.g. if research topic is related to culture-oriented topic; then, participant observation can be a good technique for research.

Tip No 8: Once you are done with the data collection process, you should start analyzing the data for accumulating results. Present results in form of table or charts according to the nature of your research findings.

Tip no 9: Results will aid you conclude whether your hypothesis was right or wrong. In conclusion, tell the readers what went well or what went bad with your research. You should also tell whether the objectives of research were achieved or not.

how to get out of my depressed mood right now?

im usually a pretty happy person. but today im just upset about school and my grades, (im a college student). and i am in a terrible mood right now. i really could use a friend to talk to but no one wants to listen. i also dont like ranting to my friends too much, dont want to be a burden on them.

i have a 10 page research paper to write, due tomorrow night and i have no motivation whatsoever. i really just want to sit in bed and go to sleep, and do nothing. i worked this past week 6 days in a row, along with going to school.i also had a dance performanc earlier today, thats an extracurricular activity that i do. i just wish i could sit home for a day and do nothing.

im just in a crappy mood right now.

what can i do to feel better?
why the f*** doesnt anyone answer? this is so aggravating

If you’re usually a happy person, then lets assume that this mood you’re in will soon pass over. When it does, you’ll regret not working on that paper. If you’re paying good money for your education, don’t waste it. I remember pulling late nights back in college (many years ago now!) and making it an adventure. I’d relish the nights and think about the fact that at some point, my life will change and there’s no way I’d be up all night. Then…my kids came and that theory was proven wrong! Nonetheless, these stresses must be looked at logically, and not emotionally. I make lists and look at these busy times like schedules that need to be followed. Prioritize what needs to be done and start knocking stuff off, all the while leaving room every day to do something for yourself. About this paper, do you have an all-night, or late-night, radio station you can listen to? I used to love gettin the oldies stations and listen to Zepplin or The Doors or even the Beatles at 3am in the morn. I took breaks on the hours and would take walks to help wake up. If it’s due tomorrow night, then you still have plenty of time. Work until a certain hour, get some rest, then plan to work on the paper tomorrow. Approach it like a job and when your “shift” is over, realize that that’s all you can do at this point and hand that beeyotch in! By the way, what’s the topic? The course? I teach english and could give you some pointers.

Know What You Want

You have a dream: to write a book. Congratulations! Now what? How do you go from great idea to great reality? With The Writer’s GMC*. Answer the questions below to uncover you writing goals, motivations, and conflicts. You can do it! This next step requires your handy tools of creativity, honesty and perseverance.

G is for Goal

What is your current writing project? What are your long-term writing projects? Describe each one, as applicable, in as much detail as possible, addressing for example, genre, length, and audience.

M is for Motivation

What is your main motivation fueling you? What are your secondary motivations? Peer deeper, and find another reason, if you can. Some write because their day isn’t complete with out it; others write to communicate a message or a dream, make a point, or impress others. There is no right answer–only clarity achieved–by knowing why you write.

C is for Conflict

Focus on your perceived obstacles — both internal and external. Allow any negative or limiting self-talk to be recognized for what it is — an obstacle to be overcome. No need to judge, just acknowledge. Notice what external factors interrupt the path to your writing time, be it busyness, work and family obligations, or TV watching. Don’t judge, just notice that these obstacles are often there by our own choosing and that by recognizing them we can choose differently. What strengths can you use to achieve your writing goals? Include inner qualities like humor, intelligence, curiosity, drive, and outer benefits such as a space to work, a regular schedule to write, a nice computer, or no pressure to make money at your writing.

Share

Now that you are clearer on your writing goals, motivations, conflicts and strengths, share them with a supportive writing buddy, writers group, teacher or coach. Sharing helps you stay accountable for your goals. A success buddy can cheer you on and validate you. Also, a buddy or writing group, coach or teacher, can ask you “What next?” and encourage you to plan and execute your next step.

Next Step

So what is your next step in your writing project? Do you need to sit down and write? Do you need to create a project time line? Do you need support to review and activate your GMC? None of us achieves a dream without the many people helping us along the way. Welcome to the Writers Community!

* Thanks to Deb Dixon and her book, Goal, Motivation and Conflict, for inspiration for this article.

For fellow writers – how do you deal with focus issues?

This isn’t really about motivation problems or writers’ block or any of that. Often, I *can* get myself to sit down and work on something, but I can’t *keep* my attention on it. I find I can only write a few sentences before my mind starts wandering. Eventually, I force myself back to writing, write a few more sentences, and my mind wanders again. It’s not that I’m not interested in what I’m doing, because I am. I just find that I have difficulty focusing my attention.

Does anyone else have this issue and what are some ways you try to improve your focus and self-discipline? How do you keep your mind on what you’re doing long enough to really accomplish something?

I usually set the mood which means playing some music that fits the scene or if its a night scene like a dream or just night I like to close the blinds shut the lights off and light some candles if you really get into it not just in your mind but physically it really helps
Good luck!

The Tide Will Turn Today, Don’t Miss It – Story Of Grandma Moses

From time to time, it can be beneficial to sit down and make a list of all factors that are keeping you down. Make sure that you have plenty of paper available since the outcome might be long. If this is your first attempt at compiling such list, don’t overdo it. A dozen pages will do.

Depending on your age and circumstances, you may wish to write down that you are too young or too old. If you live in the countryside, you should mention that opportunities are scarce. If you inhabit the city, that competition is fierce.

Should you be looking for a job, write a remark that the market is hard. For half of the open positions, your experience will be insufficient; for the other half, you will be overqualified. The situation will be worse if you are going out on dates. Those who might love you won’t recognize you and those who approach you might not fit your needs.

After you have finished your list, read it aloud. In view of the obstacles that are blocking your way, the conclusion seems inescapable. The arguments have been heard and judgement cannot be deferred. Would you agree that no improvement is possible?

You aimed at a target and missed, so stop running and quit. You tried your best and it didn’t work, so go away and never return. Your attempts did not lead to success, so it’s time to abandon your quest. You have wasted your resources and exhausted your forces.

Your best ideas are spent, your best years filled with discontent. Since your performance did not earn a decoration, you can choose between abdication and resignation. Your ambitions are impossible to achieve, how could you ever be so naive?

Nonetheless, even if your difficulties seem insurmountable, the above conclusions are wrong. Thousands of individuals overcome much worse problems than the ones you have. Those who search for better ways tend to multiply their chances of success.

As long as you refuse to quit, possibilities continue to exist. The tide will turn today, washing away yesterday’s waste and bringing new opportunities. Turn around, face the water, and look for the best moment to sail away from the coast.

Irrespective of your background and constraints, your situation can change for the better. Male or female, young or old, you should relentless pursue your goals. Most problems can be solved if they are faced with courage and creativity. Obstacles can be circumvented and solutions invented. Do not let your age and circumstances write off your future.

If you don’t live in the United States of America, you may have never heard of Anna Mary Robertson Moses. She was popularly known as Grandma Moses and died in 1961, when she was 101 years old. Her days were spent working, initially for other people and later for herself.

During her life, Ms. Moses did farm work, cooked, washed clothes, raised her children, and made butter and embroideries. Her earnings remained modest for many decades, but she wasted no time complaining. She simply had too much to do, especially when she became a widow at 57.

Making embroideries kept her busy. It was the sort of work that she liked, a combination of creativity and routine, a challenge to her energies and imagination. Unfortunately, when she turned 76, arthritis prevented her from doing further needlework and she had to stop making embroideries.

Many people who reach that age give up whatever illusions they have left. They tell themselves that they can go no farther and fall pray to psychological immobility. Once they relinquish their will to live, their physical condition soon catches up with their attitude.

In contrast, when arthritis prevented Grandma Moses from doing embroidery work, she simply acknowledged the fact and searched for an alternative occupation. She chose to take up painting and began to produce her first works, which she would give away to family and friends.

Before long, her new activity turned into a passion. Grandma Moses would devote about six hours every day to painting, which she did mainly in her kitchen, often producing a finished work in one session. At that speed, her hand quickly gained confidence and mastery. In her paintings, the motives came from her memory and the bright colours from her philosophy.

After a while, she started to put up her work for sale. Since no art gallery would stage an exhibition for a 78 year old neophyte, Grandma Moses convinced a nearby drugstore to showcase her work. Her asking price was just a few dollars per painting.

As chance would have it, an art collector passed by the drugstore, saw her paintings, and purchased a few of them. Those sales proved that, if she persisted, she could become a professional artist. The collector’s reaction predicted what millions of people would later come to experience when confronted with Grandma Moses’ art: freshness, authenticity, and hope.

Little by little, her work found its way into exhibitions and galleries, initially with other artists and later alone. When Grandma Moses became famous, she was well into her eighties. Day after day, she continued to produce new paintings with an energy that few other artists could match.

Her compositions portray the joy of purposeful human activity. Her canvasses frequently ignore the classical rules of perspective, but are filled with colour and charm. Each of Grandma Moses’ paintings is an affirmation of the pleasures of simplicity. Unaffected by her success, she continued to produce new works well beyond her 101st birthday.

If you are convinced that prejudice, age, or any other factor are denying you opportunities, you might be right, but that’s beside the point. The question has to be formulated in a different manner: What are you going to do to circumvent obstacles and improve your situation? Most often than not, a path to success can be found.

Should you consider your circumstances too distressing, the work of Grandma Moses might provide you the inspiration you need. See if you can get some colour posters of her paintings. Place the posters on your kitchen wall and let their optimism change your mood.

Life is less complicated than it seems: you wake up in the morning, you stay alert, and seize opportunities as they come. The message from Grandma Moses is reflected in her compositions: a world full of light that has little need of shadows.

Discouragement and complaints are dead-end projects that you shouldn’t pursue. Those who are busy moving forward have no time for lamentations. Immobility keeps you down, but action generates opportunities. The tide will turn today: don’t miss it.

To Motivate or To Inspire -That is the Question

In today’s uncertain economy many businesses and organizations are facing change as they have never known. Change is always intimidating, but to some, it can cause discouragement, disinterest, depression and even complete apathy. For an organization facing these problems among their employees, a simple remedy can often be found through a motivational speaker who can breathe that essential spark of life back into employees, managers and in fact, the total business. And now comes the question. Do you search out a speaker who can motivate your employees or a speaker who can inspire them, and is there a difference? Many would agree that the two are one and the same, but still others remain steadfast in their beliefs that there is a marked difference in the two. Let’s start first with definitions. The dictionary defines to motivate as, “to provide with a motive or motives; incite; impel” and to inspire as, “to fill with an animating, quickening, or exalting influence.” So do we want a leadership speaker to motivate or inspire? A simple analogy may help us understand the difference. If you have an old clunker that you’ve ignored, chances are it will often fail to start when you want to go somewhere. Sure, you can get it to go by pushing it down the driveway, but the next time you go to start it, you will likely need to give it that same push. On the other hand, if you had kept it well maintained, it would more than likely start up right away for you every time. The same is very similar when motivating or inspiring people. If they have been motivated, they will be eager to move forward….for a while. But eventually the momentum will slow and you will need to “push” them to get them going again, and if you stop pushing chances are they will stop altogether. A person who has been inspired, on the other hand, is like the old clunker that has been well maintained. An inspired person sees the vision and understands the expectations and as a result has a desire to keep going and working until the desired goals have been reached. Rather than needing that little push every so often, they are self-propelled to complete the task. Another example might be the person who attends a sales promotion meeting, gets all fired up at the time, buys the kit and materials, and then a few days later loses interest in the whole idea. This person was obviously motivated but definitely not inspired! It would appear then, that the fundamental difference between motivating someone and inspiring them is found in the long term effect. Motivation seems to be a fleeting thing where inspiration is more long lasting. True inspiration can actually last a lifetime. Most of us can remember way back in our lives a time when a teacher, relative or parent so inspired us that it changed our way of doing things forever. True inspiration then, provides a lasting motivation that comes from within, bringing with it the determination to wake up every day and take action towards our goals.
Is there such a thing as “true” altruism?

First a quote from http://www.websters-online-dictionary.org/definition/altruism
“Altruism, in practice, is the performance of duties to others with no view to any sort of personal gain for one’s efforts. If one performs an act beneficial to others with a view to gaining affection, respect, reputation, or any form of gratitude or remuneration then it is not an altruistic act. It is in fact a selfish act because the principal motivation was to reap some benefit for oneself. The desire of this benefit exists equally whether it is psychological, emotional, intellectual, or material – each form of desirable benefit is philosophically identical as a motivation.”

My question is in a response to an interesting article on Yahoo! News, Brain gets a thrill from charity: http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070614/hl_nm/brain_altruism_dc

The article states that this is evidence of “pure altruism,” but it’s not if there’s a reward, is it? The scary part to me is making paying taxes pleasurable!

If I do something to alleviate someone else’s pain (or add to their happiness) — and that’s WHY I do it (as opposed to doing something to get the other person to shut up, or because someone is watching and I want to look good to them — but I do it because suffering sucks, and I simply want to reduce the amount of suckiness in the world), then that is an altruistic act.

That it gives me emotional satisfaction is irrelevant to its altruism.

It wasn’t why I did it, for one.

But more importantly, if it weren’t altruism, I wouldn’t get that very emotional “benefit” from it.

It’s that very capacity, to experience sorrow for another’s suffering, a desire to alleviate it, and a pleasure from doing so that are the proof that there IS a thing such as true altruism.

The quote that says that all benefits are philosophically idenical is just flat-out wrong and missing the point.

By the way, if you poke around in philosophy, you’ll see various forms of your reasoning, often referred to as “the selfish argument” — every one is selfish in everything they do.

The problem with this line of reasoning, is that it distorts the meaning of selfishness, and by making it all encompassing, renders it meaningless.

The whole point of the distinction is that of what is behind the act, what is the nature of the motivation?

So, there are clearly selfish acts, that don’t even pretend to be anything else. Those are easy — they’re just selfish.

Then there are apparently unselfish or altruistic acts, but it turns out the motivation wasn’t altruism, but something else.

Getting the approval of others, getting emotional leverage by playing the self-sacrificing martyr, getting customers by looking like “the good guys” and so on.

These are NOT altruism, though they may actually do some good. But the motivation isn’t the good, but some extraneous thing, such as acclaim.

But then, there are acts that are done for the purpose of lessening suffering, or increasing happiness, and no other reason.

Just because fun is good and suffering sucks — even if they aren’t MY fun or MY suffering on the line.

That, as a side-effect or fringe benefit, I smile to myself over the effects of what I’ve done and feel good to have done it, doesn’t negate the altruism motivating the act.

I didn’t do it for the jolt, but for the effect on the recipient.

In a way, it proves the existence of true altruism, as why else would it please me to increase the happiness or decrease the suckiness in the world?

That motivation IS what makes it altruism.

Suppose I thought I was doing the thing anonymously, but it turns out someone found out, and told everyone.

Just because people now think better of me than they did, doesn’t mean that’s WHY I did it — I thought no one would know.

I saw a headline on New Scientist’s website on that news itme you link to, but didn’t click it and read the article — maybe I’ll go back and do so now.

Edit: I beg to differ with the usually clear-minded Jennifer. “Self-motivated” is not the same thing.

Also, the consequence of feeling good about doing a kind thing isn’t always the MOTIVATION for doing it.

When someone drops their sweater on the bus, and passengers alert the dropper, and a passenger hand them their sweater back, people are being motivated by the knowledge of the unpleasantness of losing one’s sweater.

They don’t do it for the rosy glow that comes from the act.

They may feel good afterward, but that doesn’t mean that’s their reason.

That it was prompted by “self” in the sense of it being internal to them to help is what makes it self-motivated; that doesn’t mean it isn’t also altruistic.

Although the dropper usually thanks people, that’s a consequence, not necessarily the movitivation.

And in a more collaborative, less transactional world, closer relationships with customers, suppliers, employees and shareholders look like becoming the new norm.”

More than ever we need to be able to get under our customers’ skin, identify their biggest concerns and support them at a level that your competitors ’simply cannot reach’. This requires an excellent relationship.

But as with all the good things in life, developing excellent relationships takes effort, courage, and often means stepping out of your comfort zone. However the most frequent excuse I hear is; “But I don’t have the time!”

Saying that is a bit like the swamped and overwhelmed manager who complains that he doesn’t have time to do his course on Time Management, or is too busy to do appraisals and then complains about the performance of his people. The quality of your relationships within your team has a direct correlation with the levels of performance they are able to achieve. This ultimately impacts on what you can achieve.

Can You Afford Not To Invest?
There are some things that are simply too expensive not to invest in, and relationships probably come top of the list. But what we need to address before focusing on how to build extraordinary relationships it that “Something has got to give . . .”

Isn’t it funny that all the books, seminars and audio programmes always talk about what you need to do more of, but nobody ever tells us what we should do less of! “Sounds great” I hear you say ” . . . and how exactly are we going to do that?”

It’s the easiest thing in the world to create an exciting new expectation, to add another to-do to the list, to make the plans . . . but then ‘reality’ takes over and another 3 months go by without getting to all that ‘important’ stuff.

So looking ahead to the new decade, the question is perhaps not so much “What do you want to do?”, but “What will you want to say No to?”

After all, if we cannot say ‘No’, what value does our ‘Yes’ have?

What Do You Want To Do Less Of In 2010?
Here is a menu of 21 options that might be helpful. If a conversation about implementing any of them would help, you are welcome to contact Pam.Harris@InspiredWorking.com to arrange a call.

I appreciate the choices involved are not always easy ones. But making lots of tiny changes will often produce a bigger and longer-lasting positive result than attempting one perfectly-executed grand gesture. Taking a small step with 10 of the following will produce a greater effect than doing one completely.

Holding shorter, more focused meetings

Deleting more emails, perhaps via someone else, or a filtering system

Answering fewer emails, perhaps only in the afternoon

Minimising travel, working more by phone

Not writing proposals until you are certain you have the business

Holding fewer speculative meetings, until there is a clear-cut budget and timescale

Allowing more elapsed time for projects that are important but not urgent, e.g. writing, brochures, web-site changes etc

Dropping some social commitments

Dropping difficult, demanding, unappreciative clients

Simplifying administration e.g. charging a one-off fee up-front

Getting someone else (virtual assistants?) to do things that are not getting done now e.g. admin, arranging appointments, website additions, planning projects, compiling case studies, filing, making travel arrangements, etc.

Culling one marketing initiative: the one that is bringing in least results

Managing-out non-productive team-members, those who take most management time

Automatically deleting any emails more than one month old (they will be in deleted-items if you need them, but check your settings first!)

Giving yourself time-limits to make decisions

Having your pc completely mirrored onto another, so that you lose no time if it crashes or slows down

Asking “if this is a real priority, what can I displace to accommodate it?”

When asked for comment or feedback, doing so verbally in 10 minutes rather than taking hours to read or write a detailed critique (or use a voice recorder)

Reprimanding “waiters” i.e. those who, when asked what they are doing about x, reply that they are “waiting” for someone else to do something first. Waiting is not an action, and “waiters” increase the burden of real do-ers.

Putting up a barrier to distractions, e.g. having some “focus time” every day when you can get some real work done

Saying no to all form of energy-drainers: whether fatty foods, critical people, complainers, poor lighting, inadequate space or an untidy environment

Get Committed
Once you recognise that ‘good relationships’ are not enough and you really commit to developing ‘excellent relationships’ it is often surprising how you notice new opportunities, and it becomes easier to implement more of the list above.

I like this quote . . .

“The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating – in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as a barrier to your life.” Anne Morriss

Next year I will be focusing my Articles on how to build excellent relationships with your clients and customers, your board, your colleagues, your people (and your boss if you have one).

We’ll be looking at how to Ask, Listen-for and Utilise people’s below-conscious motivators. This will give you the edge that will leave your competitors confused about why you can understand and influence your clients with such elegance and integrity. They’ll be left wondering how you make it so easy to do work with you and how you can consistently get a premium for your products and services.

As always I’m very interested in your thoughts and application of the ideas and concepts discussed in these Articles.

What are some quotes from Naruto and Bleach?

They can be funny, emotional, motivational. All your favorite ones please! (Or non-favorite because I might like it

Bleach

Thank you, Rukia. Because of you, the rain has finally stopped falling.

hut up! You’re being rescued, so stop babbling! You should go cower in the corner, shiver in fear, and scream “Help! Help!”

Of course I ignore everything you say. You always nag and worry about me. You should worry more about yourself right now. Don’t worry, I won’t die yet. Don’t look at me like that;
I’ve gotten stronger while you were away.

We can’t waste time worrying about the what-if’s. Rukia’s execution date has been changed to noon tomorrow. So what? If the deadline has been changed to tomorrow… I’ll just have to finish today!

The power in my hands was gained for her sake!

Stop that. It’s not a big deal now. It’s not like I’m mad at you or anything. You didn’t really do anything, and although your motives were questionable, you still managed to make us all become stronger. For that, we’re thankful. So don’t apologize. Just make sure you apologize to Rukia. She’ll probably tell you the same thing, though.

Wait, you just called my closet dirty, didn’t you!?

you’re giving me, one more chance? thank you, master.

because i swore that i would save her. i just swore it……to…myself!

living is meaningless. fighting just for the sake of it is meaningless. the only thing i want to do is …..WIN!

Ichigo, what’s the difference between a King and his horse? …I don’t mean kiddy shit like ‘One’s a person and one’s an animal’ or ‘One has two legs and one has four’. If their form, ability, and power were exactly the same, why is it that one becomes the King and controls the battle, while the other becomes the horse and carries the King?! There’s only one answer. INSTINCT!!! In order for identical beings to get stronger and gain the power they need to become King, they must search for more battles and power! They thirst for battle, and live to mercilessly crush, shred, and slice their enemies! Deep, deep within our bodies lies the honed instinct to kill, to slaughter! But YOU don’t have that! You don’t have those pure, basic instincts! You fight with your brain. You try to defeat your enemies with your logic! And it doesn’t work! You’re trying to cut them with a sheathed sword! That is why you’re weaker than me, Ichigo! …I don’t know about Zangetsu, but to I refuse to carry a King who’s weaker than me and get cut to ribbons with him. If you’re weaker than me, then I’ll destroy you, and take your crown for myself.

(Speaking to Ichigo) You? Beat me? It aint happenin.

(to ichigo) tell me, does a stranger become your friend, just because you know his name? don’t you see? that’s what your doing ,partner. you haven’t even tried to draw out zangetsu’s true power or even understand how. and i know why. you’re one of those guys who think the only one they need to train is themself. i’ll show you what it really means to master zangetsu. you couldn’t master it even if you died trying

But don’t forget… as long as you’re in this squad, I’m on your side until death and beyond

You killed my hat

Descend upon the frozen skies! Hyōrinmaru!!

Bankai! Daiguren, Hyōrinmaru!

If you make Hinamori shed even one drop of blood, I’ll kill you.

No, not yet, now that you’ve made me this serious. Regret as much as you well damn want

How many times do I have to tell you? It’s not Hitsugaya-kun, it’s Hitsugaya-taichō.

We are all like fireworks. We climb, shine, and always go our separate ways and become further apart. But even if that time comes, let’s not disappear like a firework, and continue to shine… forever.

Matsumoto you idiot!

For 30 years Frank McCourt taught high school English in New York City and for much of that time he considered himself a fraud. During these years he danced a delicate jig between engaging the students, satisfying often bewildered administrators and parents, and actually enjoying his job.
Custom Essay Writing

Essay writing has been given utter importance in many learning institutions all the way from high school. Their importance is thus undeniable. But what good do they do. When you are given an essay to work on the goal is usually to bring out your understanding so that your instructor will be able to put a finger on how much you have learnt and if it is good enough to let you move on. An essay brings out your side of the story despite all the facts and factoids that you may have collected from other authors.

Custom essays require a student to have the knowledge of the academic writing styles that are in existence. Some include APA, MLA and Chicago which need to be understood by the student so that they can know when to use them and in what discipline. They are what make the task of writing essays a difficult one though with enough practice one is usually able to learn about them and easily apply them in their work.

To make an argument more cohesive, it involves presenting of different ideas in new paragraphs, with an introduction taking the first place followed by the discussion and the conclusion to top it off. It is easier said than done but with the resources and the time at hand then it becomes easier with e ach passing moment. It is necessary to get good grades in all the essays, not only to have a praiseworthy transcript at the end of the semester, but also to be good at what you will ultimately become. This is why custom essays are given by instructors- to see your understanding and your point of view.

Proofreading is of importance in writing of the essays since it makes sure that no mistakes or inaccuracies were made in presenting an essay. The language employed needs to be compelling. The fact is how you say it matters as much as what you say. In light with this students should strive to maintain a good command of language so that the best results can be achieved.

The good the internet does is that it helps in every part of life. It is important in getting the information since there are databases where findings are usually placed. This saves trips to the libraries when the final results achieved are the same.

One thing that the students should note despite the level of study that they are in is that writing of the essays depends on how they view them. It gets easier to do the whole thing even when the task seems daunting. The right kind of attitude towards custom written essays gives you a make-believe kind of motivation and inspiration that is enough to get you through the writing and earn you a good grade. Time management and determination are also part of the equation and all of them combined usually result in an almost perfect piece of writing. Liking to write custom essays helps a lot.

Ideas for a college essay please?

I am beginning to write an essay to go along with my college application. The topic is open … So I can write about anything. I am a fairly well writer, but when it comes to writing this essay I get kind of flustered becuase of the importance it has.

All I’m asking is for ideas, motivation and structure… not for an actual essay.

I, too, have a hard time with it…I’m currently working on it right now! Any way, here’s some.

Describe a significant interest or experience that has special meaning for you.

How have you grown and developed over the years?

Life is short. Why do you want to spend 5 or 6 years at a particular university or college?

What do you plan to do with your college degree?

Why have you chosen this career or profession?

What are your long-term career goals?

How is the degree necessary for the fulfillment of your goals?

Does any specific attribute, quality or skill distinguish you from
everyone else? How did you develop this attribute?

What are the reasons for your interests? Analyze your childhood. How were your interests shaped from your upbringing?

How would your friends characterize you? Look at yourself from the outside.

Have you experienced a moment of epiphany, as if your eyes were opened to something you were previously blind to? Describe this moment and your percepts about it.

What are your dreams of the future? Now looking back at everything you have done what you would to change?

Where do you see yourself, career wise, 10 years from now?
Of everything in the world what would you like to be doing right now?

Where would you like to be the most? Who would you prefer to be with at this moment?

What is a mission you are accomplishing on the earth?

What is your approach to life? Reveal your life philosophy.

What was the most difficult time in your life? How did you overcome these difficulties?

How did your perspective on life change as a result of the difficulty?

Describe your most rewarding experience.

How have all your acquired experiences shaped your career goals?

Have you ever met with “Triumph and Disaster”? How did you meet those two impostors? Can you tell that you have faced them in a worthy manner?

Have you ever struggled for something and failed? How did you respond? Have you experienced a feeling of disappointment and dissatisfaction of yourself?

Imagine yourself being an actor/actress. Tell about your feelings before the opening night of the performance where you play the title role.

Evaluate a significant experience, risk you have taken, or ethical dilemma you have faced and its impact on you.

An intellectual experience that has mattered to you.

Philosophy of Learning.

Talk about how a person can change his direction.

What are your career aspirations?

Have you ever struggled mightily and succeeded? Describe what you have felt at the glorious moment of victory? What does a winner feel?

What is the major contribution you’ve made in any field of your life?

Discuss your academic background and achievements.

Choose a prominent person (living, deceased, or fictional) that you would like to interview and explain why.

Identify a person who had a significant influence on you and explain the influence.

Describe a successful student.

What a college education means to me?

What author, musician, actor influenced on shaping your ideology?
Why especially this person is so significant to you. Did he/she help you to see another side of the world?

Write a speech for delivery before some group or write an article or editorial for a publication.

What is a major achievement in your life? Who and what assisted you in reaching your aim?

Quotes on Success- Application Matters

Quotes on success help to motivate and inspire you to do things you never thought possible. Famous people who have become successful are the leading authors of these quotes.

Before Success comes Failure

Many quotes on success stress that it is usually a hard endeavor and it is not easily gained. You must work doggedly in order to be considered successful. Many successful business men failed many times before they accomplished their goals or dreams. As stated by Thomas J. Watson, president of International Business Machines (IBM): “Would you like me to give you a formula for success? It’s quite simple, really. Double your rate of failure. You are thinking of failure as the enemy of success. But it isn’t at all. You can be discouraged by failure or you can learn from it, so go ahead and make mistakes. Make all you can. Because remember that’s where you will find success.” You have to remember that before most successes were failures.

Qualities of Successful People

Many quotes on success extol the virtues found in people that are considered successful. The quotes list desire, persistence, determination, discipline, devotion, talent, drive and so on. Henry Ford, the founder of Ford Motor Company and innovator of modern assembly lines, added to that list of qualities needed: “The man who will use his skill and constructive imagination to see how much he can give for a dollar, instead of how little he can give for a dollar, is bound to succeed.” Give your all and see what is given in return.

Ability to dare to be more than expected

Quotes motivate you to really make positive changes in your life. You have been told that you cannot be something well, yet you feel passionately about it. Do not listen to the negative people that try to crush dreams. You should dare to be more than what is expected. You may face failures, but if it is something that you want to strive for, don’t stop trying. Academy-Award winning film producer, animator and entrepreneur Walt Disney, a successful man by any measure, inspired others when he said that success was attainable: “Somehow I can’t believe there are many heights that can’t be scaled by a man who knows the secret of making dreams come true. This special secret can be summarized in four C’s. They are: curiosity, confidence, courage, and constancy, and the greatest of these is confidence.”

Overcome your fears

Quotes on success tell you how difficult it can be to attain. Sometimes the biggest obstacle to success is the fear you have about failing. You don’t even try. You don’t try for that new job, you don’t audition for the play, you don’t … If you don’t try something, it is a guarantee that you will not succeed. As stated by Woody Allen:
“Seventy percent of success in life is showing up.” Just show up and you could be the next person who has a famous quote on your own success.
